Both parties in that case insulted my intelligence... But hey, like I said, from now on, i'm gonna stay here ar the quality inn, in Richfield, Ohio.'

'TV in room didn't have cable or satellite. We could only receive local channels, and they were fuzzy. The internet was also down when I checked out, so I couldn't receive a detailed bill. Otherwise, hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, beautiful pool area, and great location.'

'Reservation non-respect! We made 2 room reservation with payment paid in full. When we arrived at about midnight, we had only one room, the other room was sold out! Really Nightmare for our Group!'
