'Host never communicated with us at all. After 4 days of trying to get check in information VRBO refunded our money so wr could book something else. This host is worse than awful. '

'We went to Cleveland to see Eric clapton concert at the Arena. Just staying Thursday night. Not a fan of boring typical hotel rooms. Found this place w a terrace which made the decision. Modern apt. large living area with combo kitchen area. Fridge, (great for restaurant leftovers) toaster,coffee maker,snacks, coffee, dishes etc. Bedroom is upstairs in a loft w walk in closet storage. Extra blankets, iron and board, full length mirror. Separate bathroom in loft. ( if you have trouble w stairs...

'The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. 'We were in town for a Browns game. What a great location. Rooftop patio overlooks Lake Erie and the stadium. Short walk to the stadium. Everything in this apartment is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Check in instructions are very detailed. We will be staying here again'

'I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....

'We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. All the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager answered all my questions promptly. Both bathrooms had lots of room. The kitchen area had paper towels, dish soap, coffee. Restaurants were close by within walking distance. Breakfast was good too. The evening reception is M-W. We will definitely stay there again. '

'This property was falsely advertised ysung staged photos that weren't current and was filthy.Im currently in dispute as We Left to a hotel less then 4 hours after check in and the owner refused a refund of any kind for a 30 day stay.Ive never had this bad luck with vrbo begore.'
