'Spotless. Comfortable bed and very pleasant room. The staff on reception were outstanding, especially the one lady who chatted to the six of us in the bar. She was lovely. The barman gave us good tips as well. Would stay here again as good position to stroll around town and visit the city library. '

'The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. '

'We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. 'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden.
