Over all good experience, clean, mostly quiet. But if you are looking for the convenience of having breakfast included, this is not that place to stay by far worst included breakfast I have ever had.. I recommend the family restaurant and not the iron skillet!!

We enjoyed a relaxing two nights the Kozy Kove for our 26th anniversary. We loved the "just right" size of the place and enjoyed a walk in the evening at Forest Park and eating at some of the local restaurants in Brazil. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, trails and fishing. Host was very accommodating. I was having difficulties with the app being laggy and when my reservation went through the dates were not correct. After panicking, they were very helpful and changed my reservation to the correct dates we were needing.
