The home is located in Branson West, just minutes to Silver Dollar City. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, fuel, shops, & more within 5 miles, yet watch the deer from the back porch!

THE HOME

This 2-story HOME has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated with guest comfort in mind. Enjoy an escape with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing evening in the mountains after a day on the lake. This gorgeous house includes 2 living areas and 2 kitchens fully equipped with granite counter-tops, plenty of relaxing seating, a huge outdoor grill and so much more.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 entertainment rooms, a game room area including a pool table and foosball table, and a 2 car garage. Nights are extra cozy with 2 fireplaces.

With all of the bedrooms filled with quality mattress, everyone will enjoy the luxury of finding the perfect room to sleep. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower floor along with 2 full bathrooms. For guests who prefer not to trek stairs, the main floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms including the master bedroom and bathroom.

There are 5 bedding options for your convenience, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 1 set of bunk beds on the main floor....and 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed downstairs.

The backyard patio is partially covered and spacious. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors, while relaxing on the upper or lower deck. Take in the nature located right in the back yard of the home.

The Ozark's beautiful weather allows numerous opportunities to grill outdoors on the stainless steel BBQ Grill.

However, if creating the perfect meal in the sleek and modern kitchen is more to your taste, the house offers Kitchen Aide appliances including a huge 4' refrigerator, a flat top grill, and granite counter tops.

High speed internet is available along with Local HD channels and movie channels. Enjoy watching your favorite movies with surround sound speakers in the main floor Living Room.

Two full bathrooms are located on the main floor, and 2 full bathrooms are located downstairs. The main floor master bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, perfect after a long day of exploring. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Washer, dryer, and detergent are ready for your convenience. An iron and iron board is available for use if needed as well.
