« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. « House was neat and tidy - much bigger than impression from photos. Grounds are beautiful with mountain views. Amy was very responsive. Small issue with shower, but was addressed. Was perfect for our family with young children and close to beautiful water hikes and beaches. Would recommend! »

« The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago.
