« I was given a room that did not have a security latch (only half was there) , the lights to the entrance didn’t work and there was a soap-like substance on the bathroom floor and no shampoo bottle in the shower. I informed the manager and he told me that they had to break the locks on the door because there had been a family emergency situation and he would tell the cleaners about the bathroom. The solution to that was to give me extra travel sized shampoos. There were no other rooms...

« The room smelled like old mildew basement smell. The pillows smelled like mildew. Towel racks were coming out of the wall. The toliet keep moving it was not bolted down properly. There were no comfy blankets to use just a thin worn out blanket that smelled. Tv cable and remote didnt work right. The rooms had pillows with stains all over them. There was people hanging out all around the parking lot that did not belong there. We did not feel safe at all. I would never recommend anyone stay...

« I can’t really say too much because they sold our room. We made a reservation for a room a month prior to going. We made a three hour trip and got there around 11:30 (only way that worked for the schedule). When we got there, no one was at the front desk and when they came they sold our room. Absolutely terrible. »

« Very nicely updated, clean and quiet. When I had questions about accessing our room with a code, staff were very helpful and worked with me to ensure the code worked properly. The facility was close to dining areas. We will stay there again if in the area. »

« The carpet was very dirty. The beds had very old coil spring mattresses and even though it was 95 degrees outside there was no air conditioner. A note taped by the thermostat said heat only. We were unable to stay and when we left the first person at the desk said she didn’t know if they were supposed to have air conditioning in the rooms. « We stayed for 4 nights in the hotel area. The lake view is great, the room was clean, the food was very good, and the wait staff were friendly and punctual. If you bring a boat and rent a slip, make sure to bring bumpers. The ones on the dock can be crooked or even the pads are missing. This isn't a real big deal but for $50 a day, I think someone could check them and straighten or replace. I asked one of the employees how we get rid of our trash and they said just throw it outside the...
