'The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay.'

'We had a nice stay at the Midsomer Manor! The owner was kind enough to supply a lot of information not only about the house, but also about safety, local shops, restaurants, and take aways.There even were suggestions about (child friendly) places to visit: we were able to enjoy some of them during our stay! 'The Barn was even better then we expected. Bigger then it shows on the photos. We stayed with a family of five, we have three boys ages 11-18 and where able to all fit in. Really near Wells & Bath and great opportunities for walking hiking in the Mendip Hills. Especially the cheddar gorge is great and challenging!'

'Lovely property full of character, but what sets it apart is the beautiful location on the edge of the National Trust estate. Such a lovely setting. Communication with the owner was excellent, and it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Highly recommend!'

'Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room. 'Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend.'

'Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again'
