« Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. « The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. »
