  • House Majestic is a luxury Brand-New two-story villa, with 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located in the beautiful Champions Gate, surrounded by gorgeous golf courses.

    Our beautiful home has capacity for 16 guests, the open-plan kitchen looks over the combination dining and family room with all the comfort and charm you need. Our private pool is south facing so you can start the morning with a cup of coffee and see the sunrise and end it with a glass of wine looking a wonderful sunset.

    Feel at home in this charming and cozy Villa. With its delightful and themed décor, our home will leave you with a lasting impression and unforgettable memories. The Villa is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as posible, a kitchen well stocked with cooking implements. Enjoy an open floor plan, with plenty of space for family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, enjoy outdoor grill and a table at no additional cost.

    Upstairs you have a spacious King size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one Queen size bedroom also with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunkbed, a Mickey themed room with a Full/Twin bunkbed. A Star wars Themed room with a Twin Bunked. Downstairs you have one Queen size bedroom, all bedrooms with flatscreenTVs. Optional, add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $15 per day.

    Things to Know:

    - We provide a fully stocked kitchen, griddle, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, tableware and serveware for many! We also provide glasses and utensils. Plus, everything is brand new and high-end.

    - We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash and even luxury basic hotel toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

    - We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent and a small amount of trash bags.

    - We do not provide laundry detergent

    - Internet Speed of 200 Mbps

    - Pets allowed, rules:
    Pets are not allowed in the second floor; we provide a baby gates that can be placed to block off the stairs from dogs. Your will find the baby gates in the closet next to the laundry room. Excessive pet´s hair on beds, comforters or towels is subject to an extra fee of $260.00

House Majestic

Beautiful pool home near to Disney attractions. We had a wonderful time. The property is well equipped and large enough to accommodate a large group. The private pool is fabulous and the water was so warm and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Great house for a family

We had a wonderful stay at House Majestic! The pool was awesome, there was plenty of room for our family of six (although could accommodate a family of 8-12), and we loved the wildlife that came right up to the enclosed lanai. We had some difficulties with security at the front gate, so be sure that you're on their list before arriving!! Other than that, it was a flawless stay. :-)

Absolutely Amazing

I booked this location for my son 16th birthday, it was amazing from the communication until the moment I checked out. I love everything about this home. It was super clean. Rene was amazing with communication. My family and friends loved it. My son was very impressed with this home and I love how we felt so welcome when we arrived with the personalized greeting on the wall and the wine. I would definitely book again. You will not regret it.

Nice home but needs improvements

The home is nice but definitely needs improvement. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the rooms. All the beds except the master bed was brick hard. The mattresses should be replaced. The cleaning was also rushed, they forgot to clean the glass to the pool. It had several kid finger prints all over. Overall, the home was nice but could use a few improvements.

Quick stay in Seattle for Work

Overall a great stay. We were there on a work trip for one night so we only really used the property for sleep and a short rest. Everything about the place is very modern and new looking. Only cons i have are there is very little heat in the house and the garage size. It was unusually cold when we were there and a window got left open before we showed up so that caused the place to be colder than im sure it normally would be. Took most of the evening to get up to a more manageable temperature in the bedrooms but the fireplace made the living room/kitchen nice and toasty. If you park a car in the garage make sure it is a very small car that thing is tiny. I believe there was street parking but if you do park in the garage i recommend backing in for easy driving when you leave. Property owner responded very quickly and was pleasant to work with.

The house was exactly as depicted in the write up and pictures. The only issues we had was new construction which caused GPS issues with finding correct location. Renee was great to respond and answer all my questions. We enjoyed our stay

Relaxing vacation with family

Rene, the host was attentive, helpful and replied quickly to any questions. The house was as beautiful as advertised and plenty large enough for our family. Pool was heated as promised and very clean. Was a great place to relax and would definitely stay here again.

February 2022 at House Majestic, Kissimmee Florida

We stayed at House Majestic for 4 weeks in February 2022. The house was great for our group. The house was very clean, spotless, when we arrived. Everything at the house was just as represented on the VRBO site. The kitchen is large with a lot of cabinet space. The dining table easily fit 10 people and one night we had 12 people at the table. The 2 sliding doors open up to the deck and pool area to create a real open space. The heated pool was wonderful. The internet worked great and there is space upstairs for people to work. Rene was very responsive as he usually answered messages within a few minutes. We have already booked for next year.

Wow! My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying at House Majestic. Everything was picture perfect. Our Host, Rene was very responsive and available whenever needed. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation rental, please look no further!!

Beautiful House

Home is new and loved the design and decor choices. Some of the towels had stains and our flat sheet had one tiny stain. Neighborhood is still in the construction stage and so there are some not so nice looking areas. Owner was very nice and attentive.

Amazing property and experience!

We absolutely loved staying at House Majestic! We had a group of 12 family members ranging in age from 4 to 65. There was plenty of space for everyone and all the bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready each day. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean when we arrived. We had a great time hanging out by the pool each evening after long days at the parks and even cooked out on the grill one evening. My Dad loves playing at the neighborhood golf course which was only $35 for a round. I can’t say enough good things about staying at this property. The owner even had extra thoughtful touches waiting for us at arrival (like a welcome message inside the entryway and bath bombs in the master bathroom). When I had questions for the owner, he quickly responded and was wonderful to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house and would gladly stay here again.
