Lieu vraiment adapté à une famille. Intérieur très mignon. Très pratique avec rangements et salle de bains/toilettes pour chaque chambre ! Un luxe ! Extérieur superbe malgré les immeubles en construction. A recommander.

Le chalet est très agréable, très bien équipé, La cheminée est très appréciable pour les soirées . En période de neige accès un peu sportif. On peut revenir à ski mais pour le départ il faut marcher une petite dizaine de mn . Merci à notre hôte .

Un Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un chalet authentique, très bien rénové et parfaitement équipé. Le chalet est un peu à l'écart mais cela ne pose pas plus de problème que ça. Le départ est l'arrivée sont possible pratiquement skis au pied. La communication avec l'hôte a été simple et efficace. A recommender sans hésitations.

Traditional cabin

The cabin is a warm, well appointed traditional cabin behind and hemmed in by a developing complex above Arc1800. The accommodation is well fitted out and very comfortable. Whilst the difficulty of access for luggage etc. is well described in the advertising, it is not ski-in ski-out (but may well be when the complex in front completes). The lower score was given for two reasons: 1. The path up goes past the building site infront. Melting snow from its roof drips onto the path making it dangerously icy 2. Expecting guests to do a high standand of cleaning to get back the deposit is onerous, and made difficult by the lack of proper cleaning cloths. Kitchen paper does not do the job.

Trés bon séjour au calme dans un chalet isolé

Super chalet avec à la fois le cachet de l’ancien et le confort et la modernité pour les espaces de vie. Chaque chambre (3) possède sa salle de bains. Le propriétaire nous avait prévenu des travaux de construction, mais ceux ci ne nous ont pas beaucoup géné. Je recommande cet hébergement.

Chalet de caractère tout confort. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le propriétaire nous avait bien prévenus des travaux sous le chalet mais ceux-ci ne nous ont pas dérangés.

Mountain get away

The property is in a really quite unique position. It is hidden away and feels very isolated, but at the same time is next to Les Arcs 1800, a 2 minute walk which is a bustling ski resort. It is brilliant for access to mountain walks and ski lifts and everything the busy Les Arcs has to offer (there is a free gondola down to 1800). We hardly used our car for the week, and got very fit! The property is an old mountain house and cannot be described as spacious, with an open plan downstairs served by a rather primitive kitchen, and then three small rooms upstairs each with an ensuite (which is a treat). There are six single beds, two in each room. As you have to bring your own bed linen (and towels), this is a bit of bind, and when you pull two together, they are not a standard double size, so you need to have the right size sheets (we didn't..). To note you also have to clean the property, or pay a small fee when you depart. There is also no welcome pack so if you are arriving late be sure to have food with you or pre plan to eat out. The outside spaces which can be accessed at both levels are lovely and provide gorgeous views of the Mont Blanc range if the cloud has lifted. It was possible to sit outside in complete isolation (despite actually being near to Les Arcs) and soak up these views. For an active holiday where you want to get out and about, but enjoy your own space this is a perfect property.

Un séjour au milieu de la nature

Suite aux photos présentées sur le site très belles et très attirantes, nous avons réservé ce chalet planté au beau milieu de la nature. Nous étions vraiment très emballés et ces images paraissaient presque trop belles pour être vraies. Et voilà le jour du départ arrivé. Nous avons roulés toute la nuit et c’est un peu fatigués que nous somme arrivés à Bourg st Maurice. Après quelques emplettes, nous nous sommes rendus au point de rendez-vous convenu avec les propriétaires près des Arcs 1800. A partir de là, le rêve est devenu réalité. Juste à un jet de pierre des infrastructures modernes de la station, niché à flanc de montagne, au beau milieu des lupins et des épilobes, le chalet de nos vacances était là. La traversée du (petit)ruisseau en voiture, une jolie surprise, a permis de débuter notre séjour …comme dans un rêve. Imaginez… « des » terrasses où nous avons partagés nos repas avec comme paysage idyllique les sommets des montagnes et comme petite musique , le chant de oiseaux et le doux murmure de l’eau des cascades, un intérieur avec une cuisine où aucun ustensile ne manque, un coin salon avec des fauteuils accueillants et une cheminée, où nous avons fait une petite brûlée pour nos réchauffer le premier soir. À chaque retour de randonnées, nous profitons de chambres intelligemment conçues avec chacune une salle de bain complète, un coin rangement et des lits douillets pour récupérer des efforts consentis de la journée. Finalement, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique qui s’est terminé bien trop vite. Nous ne sommes pas prêt d’oublier cet extraordinaire chalet, de même que le sympathique accueil de la part de ses propriétaires!

Séjour idyllique

Nous avons passés une semaine placée sous le signe du calme et de la sérénité grâce à ce merveilleux chalet des plus cosy. L'accueil par le propriétaire et la gestion de notre arrivée ont été parfait. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé et sa propreté est à noter. A noter que chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain ce qui est un grand plus. La décoration est faite avec goût sans que ce soit surchargé. Quant au panorama, que dire de plus qu'il est tout simplement merveilleux. Le bonheur que de prendre le petit-déjeuner devant ces belles montagnes et de respirer le grand air. Une chose est certaine, nous reviendrons!
