Kitchen & Dining:



Along the right wall, a sleek modern kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and the essentials for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. A dining table for four sits beside the windows so you can dine with a view.



Living Room:

The spacious living room invites you to relax in style with a cozy sofa and accent chairs facing a large smart TV and electric fireplace. Natural light pours in through the glass wall, and a sliding door opens directly onto the back deck. There is also a few drawers full of different games for entertainment.



Main Floor Bedroom & Bath:

Queen bed with luxury linens, blackout shades, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV. The nearby full bath features a walk-in rainfall shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plush towels.



Loft Bedroom:

Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find another queen bed, a lounge area with a high-top table and chairs, and a dedicated workspace with a desk—perfect for remote work with the cabin’s fast fiber Wi-Fi



Outdoor Living:



Step out to the expansive cliffside deck and breathe in pure nature’s air. No other cabins are visible—just you, the forest, and the horizon.

Down beside the cabin, gather around the wood-burning firepit or sway in the hammock beneath the stars. (Firewood available across the street from Sky Ridge Retreats.)



Community:

As part of Sky Ridge Retreats, guests have access to a scenic overlook, private hiking trails, picnic areas, shelters and a fully stocked fishing pond, and in the near future, a community swimming pond and a pickleball court—exclusive to Sky Ridge guests only. A grocery store is located just 17 minutes away in Frenchburg, but there are limited restaurant options within 30 minutes, so guests are encouraged to bring food/groceries.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including the hot tub, sauna, grill, and firepit area. The cabin features keypad self-check-in — your personal door code will be sent the morning of your arrival for a smooth, contact-free entry.

Parking is private, with a large gravel driveway that fits multiple vehicles. The driveway is big enough for a boat and trailer to turn around. There is also access to electric to charge the boat in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled within the Sky Ridge Retreats, Boulder Outlook offers a tranquil escape surrounded by the natural beauty of the Daniel Boone National Forest. While the cabin itself provides a secluded experience, you're also perfectly positioned for adventure. You're a short drive from the world-class hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing adventures of the Red River Gorge, and boating and fishing on the peaceful waters of Cave Run Lake. The area is known for its charming, laid-back atmosphere, offering a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and relaxing comfort.

RRG Getaways supplies a starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, which includes but is not limited to salt, pepper, oil, and the like. We will be providing 4 K-Cups for coffee. Please provide your own K-Cups to use after the starter amount.



•To get to the cabin, you must drive on a gravel road. 4x4 is not necessary to reach this property but will be helpful for snowy or icy conditions.

•Toiletries are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

•Pets are NOT allowed at this cabin.

•No Smoking

•There is a smart tv, and guests must log into their own personal accounts to stream from the smart apps.

• There is a security ring camera on the exterior of the entrance facing the stairs.

• Steep natural cliffs border the property just beyond the backyard. Stay behind posted signs and enjoy the great view from the back deck. No climbing or leaning over edges. Close adult supervision required for children at all times.

• Some carriers have spotty cell service at this property but we offer WiFi. Be sure to make note of your driving directions and WiFi info to avoid any issues upon arrival.
