Flats in Boulder

'Great place to stay with our small children. The whole process was smooth and the place was very well maintained. Definitely recommend!'

'Elizabeth and Jerome were very easy to communicate with and let us know all of the details that were needed. The condo was very clean and in a great location! Natural Grocers was across the street for all your grocery needs, along with Bonfire Burritos 1 block away for coffee and breakfast! Extremely easy 1 mile walk to downtown Golden for all your restaurant and shopping needs! On-site parking was also a bonus! We will be back to stay here again!'

'One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.'

'Our stay was great. I did message host on last day as I had trouble with the pull out couch and injured myself, and got no response as of yet. It is a large property with I assume many amenities, which we did not use. Perhaps as it is not the busy season they are not as prompt with reply's. Just there for a long weekend visiting our daughter.'

'Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.'

'This property has magnificent lake and mountain views! We loved sitting out on the deck. The beds and living area furniture were comfy too.'

'Great place with a beautiful balcony. Very convenient drive to Estes park and rmnp. Beds were very comfy.Everything was clean and email/text communication was very easy. Highly recommend.'

'Very clean home with an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Host was helpful and quick to respond . Would stay here again!'

'I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.'
