'Lovely property. Nice and clean, has everything you need for a family to stay there. Beautiful, large garden is a massive bonus. Great location as near to the beach but peaceful too. '

'The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out.'

'Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. '

'What a super large house with everything we needed for a wide age range of family members. All the bedrooms were ready for us as expected. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen diner facilities which meant that we could cook for a large number easily. Having 2 fridges was really helpful. Loved having use of the BBQ which we used twice and were able to sit outside to eat. Great location and parking out the front was plentiful. We all said we would return. Thanks for having us.'

'AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park.
