'The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of. '

'First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting. '

' Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again.'

'No, the breakfast food was in short supply most days, out of grits, out of eggs, out of dark roast coffee every day, not enough help in the kitchen to serve the number of people.'

'Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up'

'Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix.'

'The parking lot and Lobby were disgusting. After learning my room was inadvertently canceled (not by me) and that there were no rooms available, I had to leave. I was angry at first, but given the conditions of the place I was not surprised by their poor service and realized I would not be staying there anyways given the condition of the place.'
