The home is located in Milton Ma , 5 minutes from Boston , close to all major Highways 93 /95 and public transit. The home has off street parking and is a duplex. The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has four bedrooms to accommodate travelers. I would consider pets if they are trained . The kitchen and bathroom have been recently been remodeled and the home is a comfortable retreat after visiting Boston for the day.. The house can accommodate 8 guests . 1 king , 1 full, 3 queen . Perfect for holidays and Marathon . The home is located within walking distance or bus to Central Ave transit station which takes you to Ashmont Station and the red line to downtown Boston. The home is 5 minutes to Blue Hills for recreational fun , walking , hiking and nighttime skiing in the winter. The Home has mini-splits for hotter months central ac/ extra heat source in winter.
The property is close to Curry College , Milton Academy and Blue Hills .

Great spot for a big family!

This was a great stay for our family of 6 to spread out and access Boston easily, from the super safe and cozy town of Milton! Lots to do and see. Laundry facilities were great to have to clean up the sports equipment too!

Weekend reunion

Seven of us for a family reunion. Great location. Easy to zip up to Fenway Park to see a good game, and also down to the beach. Really good food options. Everything about the house was easy. Having great parking was key. Best checkout I’ve ever had on all of my VRBO stays. I’d definitely stay again.

Good Place!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The living room was comfy; the bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable; the outdoor spaces (porch, patio, and yard) were amazing. We would stay here again. I do think that it's important to say that the bedrooms are all upstairs, and the stairs are very steep. For us this was not a problem, but we did have my elderly mother sleep on the couch downstairs rather than have her go up and down them. (She was completely fine with that.)

Had such a great time last weekend. Host is accommodating and quick to respond with questions and concerns. The house is in a great neighborhood near a playground which my daughter enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen which saved us so much money instead of going out to eat.

Easy check in/check out, the owner communicated well, property is nicely maintained. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. It felt like a safe and family friendly neighborhood. Took us about 25 minutes to get into Boston with traffic.

Cozy stay in Milton

Small cozy duplex. We were staying for a short weekend to visit friends that live near Boston. Everything we needed to prepare meals were there, from pots and pans to an air fryer. It was just what we needed. Would stay again.

Belle maison en banlieue de Boston

Grande maison authentique au calme tres bien située dans la banlieue de Boston (voies rapides et metro facilement accessibles). 4 grandes chambres avec de très bons lits. Maison ideale pour visiter la region de Boston en famille ou avec des amis. 2 points à noter : La maison dispose de nombreux couchages (on peut coucher jusqu'à 12 personnes), mais il n y a qu une seule salle de bain avec une douche. Et une seule table dans la cuisine pour 4 personnes (s il fait beau, il y a également une grande table a l extérieur) . La maison est partagée : le propriétaire vit dans une partie totalement séparée, seuls le parking et le jardin sont partagés. Le propriétaire est donc tout pres pour vous renseigner ou vous aider en cas de problème.

Very nice place

Very clean and nice, we were here for the super hot muggy days and the house was perfectly cool and thankful for theyre AC 😅. Communication was fantastic. We had an unexpected hospital visit while here and they were very helpful. We would most definitely would recommend staying here. The town was super nice and it was also really nice to be able to stay outside the city away from choas.

Don’t hesitate, awesome !

We loved staying here, so convenient to Boston sites and cape cod, MBTA right down the street. May be small but we had 5 adults, 3 yr old and 1 year old, worked great! A beautiful, safe neighborhood, with true New England charm😀. The porch, patio and yard with kid’s equipment was a real bonus! Yes the stairs are narrow and steep, but so are most homes in New England! The owner truly cares, and is delightful! We were there for a week and it was perfect!

Awesome house

Lots of beds, great location to both downtown Boston/the T and suburban areas. Backyard with kid playground equipment. Owner responds quickly to any question. We definitely will be back!
