First of all this hotel is not in a great part of town. Don't think you're going to take stroll around boston.
Everything you look at needs maintenance. Nothing it quite right.

There is a hospital next door and you'll hear ambulance sirens pretty much 24hrs per day.

However if the included "breakfast" is a reason why you would choose this place, better to stay elsewhere.
There is NO breakfast, it is mainly coffee with some very low quality/lots of sugar "pastries" to go.
Also, there was a broken piece of
floor on the main hallway covered
with a piece of fabric which was a hazard.
Removing the breakfast and if that floor is fixed, the rest is ok'

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'

'Des draps sales. Changement de chambre à 3 reprises et à chaque fois le même problème se posait, des draps utilisés et sales. L’hôtel est bien, le personnel sympathique mais la problématique des draps laisse un goût amer.
L’hôtelier a promis de rembourser la moitié du prix de la chambre mais en vain. Sans nouvelles et aucune compensation à ce jour.'

'Hotel had a wonderful lobby to relax and a great grab and go breakfast and Starbuck coffee. There were other restaurants in walking distance. On premise parking with a fee. Walk across the street to use the train system. Our room was large and very comfortable with a great view of the bridge. We would stay here again.'
