'I had prepaid for a 3 night stay, however my flight to Boston was canceled and I had to travel all night via 2 connections to make it there by mid-morning. Upon arriving I was informed that they had given away my room for the next two nights because I didn't inform them in time for the previous night no-show and there would be no refund. The hotel was also fully booked at that point, so I had to find another hotel. No real explanation from the staff there - just flatly told your room is gone...

'A very pleasant surprise! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Whenever something was missing, we simply had to ask and it was brought to us straight away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms in the tower were excellent.
The only small downside was the limited choice of meat and the lack of eggs at breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.'

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'

'The hotel was fine, especially considering we got the room for a good price. I was disappointed to see a smallish staircase rather than an elevator to take us to our ADA room, though in fairness there was a stairlift. Also the take away breakfast they advertised was basically just plastic wrapped muffins, coffee and juice. Also our view from the window was the parking garage, though I know it’s on us to ask or specify what the room faces. Again, for the one night we stayed and considering the...

'Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.'

'There was an empty space where the fridge was supposed to be in my room, but no fridge. As I was staying here for a race, this was important to me as I brought food and drinks for myself… so this was a big detriment to my stay. They also ran out of pillows and after saying they would bring my room extra blankets to replace for the lack of pillows… they never did so.'
