'Well located hotel, with a nice breakfast prepared every morning. The reception and the employees are all very hospitable and communicate in a very friendly manner. Booking a taxi from there to other places in Sarajevo is also very easy. I would recommend it to every household with children visiting Sarajevo. Thank you Esmir and crew! '

'It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year.'
