'Everything was ok except it will be better if reception can check the ordering details during check in.'

'Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels).'

'The staff were incredible, I had a really great stay. They helped me print documents, laundry was same day and only 26 ringgit for 6 days of laundry! The room is way nicer than what’s shown online.'

'Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend '
