A few steps from the Jardin Public, in one of the most elegant and sought-after areas of Bordeaux, this former private mansion of 240 m² harmoniously combines the charm of Bordeaux's bourgeois architecture and the comfort of a contemporary layout.
As soon as you enter, the authentic character of the house is revealed through its beautiful volumes, its period moldings, its fireplaces, its old parquet floors, its stained glass windows and its remarkable high ceilings. A refined, warm and bright place, ideal for fully enjoying the sweetness of life in Bordeaux.

A few steps lead to a large reception floor of nearly 120 m². A large corridor leads to a double living room of 40 m², a dining room of 25 m² and an independent kitchen of 17 m² with dining area.
The spaces follow each other naturally in an elegant atmosphere, conducive to reunions with family or friends.

The night floor accommodates up to 8 guests in four comfortable and spacious bedrooms. All of them have recent good quality bedding, to guarantee optimal comfort throughout your stay:
• A 16 m² bedroom with a King Size bed 180 x 200 cm (separable into 2 single beds)
• A 30 m² bedroom, with a single bed 90 x 200 cm and a sofa bed
• An 18 m² bedroom with a King Size bed 180 x 200 cm (separable into 2 single beds)
• A 22 m² bedroom with a King Size bed 180 x 200 cm (separable into 2 single beds).
The sleeping area has a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

On the top level, a pleasant 20 m² open-air terrace extends the house. Equipped for outdoor dining and moments of relaxation, it offers an unobstructed view of the rooftops of the district and the bell tower of the Saint-Joseph des Carmes church. A real cocoon suspended above the city.

Beyond a refined place to stay, this house of character also offers an ideal setting for hosting intimate private receptions or small-format professional events.
Thanks to its generous volumes, its architectural elegance and its privileged location, the house also lends itself to the organization of small private or professional events bringing together up to thirty people in reception format.
It is a particularly suitable setting for working days, small seminars, training, team meetings, photo shoots, filming, product launches or family celebrations such as a birthday, a baptism or a family reunion.
Any event request must however be subject to prior agreement in order to preserve the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood.

Additional services:
For more comfort, we offer the supply of bed linen and towels. This optional service, provided by a professional laundry, is available at a rate of €15 per person per stay.
A cleaning service of €200 is imposed at the end of each stay.
