The Tram B line (Victoire stop) is only a few minutes` walk away and provides quick access to many areas of Bordeaux.

Quiet hours are strictly observed between 21:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. While pets are allowed, please be aware that additional charges may apply. For those arriving by car, please note that parking in the neighborhood is regulated and subject to fees, with several public parking facilities available nearby.
