'Lisa's place was excellent! The check in process was easy. Lisa communicated quickly. And the place was amazing! Wished we could have stayed longer. The interior was clean, furnishings comfortable and the front porch was peaceful to sit on and listen to the nearby creek. It was a.short drive to our favorite area Elkin and close to Stone Mountain and Pilot Mountain. Would highly recommend for relaxing/ peaceful getaway.'

'A neat, clean and cozy cabin tucked away on the front corner of a 50 acre working horse farm. Our Rat Terrier enjoyed the spacious yard and was able to chase a few squirrels just like at home! Hiking/walking is available on the wooded portion of the property and we were able to get a few miles in during our 3 day stay. Vicki and Bob were gracious hosts who respected our privacy. Definitely recommend the complimentary barn tour. '

'Great, pretty new place between Elkin and Sparta. About 10 minutes from Stone Mountain State Park. Quiet little road. Is on property with two permanent residences that are fairly close. So, it's fairly private but not secluded. Great for one or two, but not three people or a family unless it's a baby. Central AC and ceiling fans were great for an unusually hot weekend. Definitely recommend this place. Bring coffee filters (bucket type, not cone) and condiments. There are grocery stores in...

'This lovely place met all our expectations and then some. As the person who made the choice and booked it, I was happy to hear everyone saying "Great Pick!" Outside was beautiful, we felt secluded but town was only a few minutes away. Inside was total comfort. We actually spent more time sitting around catching up than we did taking advantage of the many games downstairs. We had one 12 year old in the pool (yikes!) and then the hot tub, perfect. My two little dogs also enjoyed poking...
