'Schone kamer, vriendelijke ontvangst, ontbijt kon beter (maar hebben ook al slechter gehad): elke dag was er roerei, aardappelen, worstjes, wafels, appels, potjes yoghurt, toast…pluspunt is echte borden en echt bestek! Het zwembad is netjes maar wel wat straatlawaai van de Highway. We gebruikten ook de pc en printer van het business center voor het afdrukken van boardingpasses. Er zijn bovendien volop eetgelegenheden en supermarkten in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit een zeer goed hotel.'

'Mooie lokatie en hotel, onvriendelijke receptioniste. Ze vragen 250 dollar borg voor 1 nacht slapen, belachelijk als je aan t rondreizen bent voor een paar weken. Ontbijt wordt op bestelling gemaakt, weinig keuze en duurt te lang. Wel lieve dame. Ook nog voor parkeren betalen. Arrogant hotel.'

'I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before...

'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '

'Location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. The rooms were visibly clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was finding roaches in the bathroom during our very last night. Due to checkout being in 6 hours we decided to just stay in the room but we were told that we would’ve been able to switch rooms if we had told them (at 5am). The pictures included of the bugs are from videos recorded in the bathroom. Parking was very easy to navigate and not too far from the rooms depending on...

'This hotel was amazing, could not fault it in any way. It will now become our go to hotel when we travel to the States again. The bar had live music which was fabulous while sipping on a cocktail prior to dinner.'

'I had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue but luckily the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. The room I ended up getting was a bit cleaner, although I did have a pincher bug as a bed mate when I want to tuck myself in.'
