'The staff at Tokyo Hilton Bay provide excellent service. The location is relatively far from central attractions in Tokyo. The swimming pools can only be used for a high fee and is actually a limited pool. The swimming height of the outdoor pool is between aprox. 1. meters and 1.40 low and can therefore not really be used for proactive swimming. 'Custoner service was above and beyond. THEIR basic items in the rooms are things that we sonetimes forget like toothbrushes, combs, hairbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, hairties and hairbands they stock in rooms. Its amazing.
