'This is a really great location if you want to be in the heart of San Diego. Great for conferences and site seeing! It is a bit loud but tolerable given your right downtown. Some outdoor common spaces were nice. My only issue was that the shower didn't get super hot but worked well. I would stay again! '

'My finance and I stayed here for one night. It was a nice place. It was affordable, cleanly, and decorated very well. The location was cool because it was a stones throw from the beach. However, the surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy. I would also suggest that the host provide some basic cutlery like forks and spoons. There was some plastic spoons provided, but there were only two. A very small complaint for an otherwise lovely stay. '

'Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!'

'Great comfortable place. Easy and plentiful parking. Only draw back was freeway noise when outside. But really we stayed busy and it didn’t notice it. Host very responsive and easy to work with. '

'We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. '
