Unfortunately, with bookings through OTAs we do not have direct contacts of you guests and the only possibility we have to give you communications is through the Expedia portal chat. One day before the arrival of our guests, all directions are sent and also the addresses of the facility and parking lot. We are very surprised that you were not able to find us easily as we are located in the historic center near the famous Otzi museum attraction.
