A bright apartment with a balcony that can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a renovated, upscale building featuring a courtyard with vehicle access, landscaped greenery, and benches. The apartment is located in Porta Maggiore, the city’s main gateway connecting the center to Via Emilia toward Romagna, and is adjacent to Sant’Orsola Hospital. It is also a 10-minute walk from the Two Towers, passing through the Portico dei Servi, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the city.



The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (one of the building’s two entrances features a ramp for people with disabilities) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a desk, a smart TV, and split A/C

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- BALCONY.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Crib for infants available upon request (for a fee).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in Porta Maggiore, the city’s main gateway connecting the center to the Via Emilia toward Romagna. It is a quiet and prestigious area, a short distance from the Regina Margherita Gardens and the Antoniano Church (and Theater), and close to the Sant’Orsola/Malpighi Hospital, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The neighborhood has a lively and colorful atmosphere, thanks to the typical red and orange buildings with arcades, which are Bologna’s most distinctive feature. The city center, with its artistic masterpieces, is accessible via a pleasant walk under the arcades of Via Mazzini: once you cross the highway loop, the street becomes Strada Maggiore, which leads directly to the Two Towers. Thanks to its proximity to the city center—yet located just outside the city limits and thus outside the restricted traffic zone—the accommodations are perfectly situated for exploring the city and is always easily accessible by any mode of transportation.

The area also has all the essential amenities: a café, pharmacy, and supermarket are all within 500 meters.



- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: You can reach the apartment by taking bus line 32 and getting off at the Porta Maggiore stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
