This charming holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination of Bol on the island of Brač, just a few minutes' walk from the centre and about 500 metres from the nearest beach. It is situated on the first floor of a Dalmatian stone house and offers sufficient space for up to four people with around 50 m² of living space and two balconies – ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for peace and proximity to the sea.



The apartment has a separate bedroom with access to a small west-facing balcony, a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a bright living kitchen with a dining area. The covered south-facing balcony offers a beautiful sea view and is equipped with an awning and seating furniture for relaxed hours.



The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary - including a 4-plate stove (gas/electric), refrigerator, freezer compartment, sink and coffee machine. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days, while SAT-TV and WiFi provide entertainment and connection to the outside world.



The house is located in a quiet, green environment in a holiday home settlement - ideal for relaxation. The outdoor area offers shady seating areas, a vegetable garden, a shared summer kitchen with a grill, and parking spaces directly at the house. The friendly hosts live in the same house and offer their guests homemade products such as wine or liqueur if interested.



Restaurants, shops, cafés, the waterfront promenade and the famous beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) are within walking distance. Those seeking variety from a beach day will find numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area such as diving, hiking, boat trips or local wineries.
