'Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.'

'My parents and my daughter and I stayed for two nights while visiting other family. This house was exactly as described - perfect for meals at the house! The little den area was so cozy and perfect for my daughter to watch tv and play. Loved the pool! There are plenty of towels and outdoor places to sit- excellent value. 'This was the 4th year that we have rented during the winter and this house was the best we have rented. The location is great, sets on a street off the main streets, so the traffic is not an issue. It is 15 - 20 minute drive to several restaurants, mini golf, golf courses, and shopping. The house is a good size, comfortable furniture and well equipped. The best issue is the lanai. 'Nice house, nice pool,big yard, pond with bass and tilapia behind the house. Its close to Myakka,Boca, Manasota and there are lots of boat ramps close by. The neighbors to the left are super nice people, the neighbor to the right is a yankee transplant thats rude and will yell at you for walking around the pond.'

'We definitely would like to come back but the smoking not allowed at the pool was a issue for some of the crew and I did tell him about the pool filter that wasn't working but we loved the house, the area. The pool and just were very comfortable. Thank you again for opening your home to us.'

'This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back.'
