The host was excellent and made check in and out very convenient and smooth. He was able to help us with local information and being multilingual made communication really easy. "This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Santiago! We had the attic room with a stunning view of the rooftops of Santiago and the many clocktowers! The room was so cozy, clean and comfortable that we did not want to leave it in the morning! The personnel was also extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel, located just behind the Santiago Cathedral and in a very mice neighbourhood! we loved it so much my son is going back next week-end with his girlfriend!"
