'We booked this beautiful house for a summer family vacation. Our family loves the beach but we aren't necessarily sandy beach lovers. The pool at the house met all the needs for everyone without the sand and crowds. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need. We had almost every meal as a family and loved every minute of it. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with lots of walkers and bikers out enjoying the sun. 'I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!'

'This home was perfect for my family and the host was great. It was clean and well cared for. I was very pleasantly surprised at the accessible shower in the master bath. It was not listed as such but the tub in the other bathroom. was too high for my brother to lift his leg over as he has mobility issues. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walking my dog around it. We brought a 4ft tall Christmas tree and there was enough room to put it up! I would stay here again! '

'This place was perfect for access to downtown Wilmington a quick 5 minute drive or Uber ride to get in and out. The property was clean and inviting. The hosts covered all the bases with their check in email and on-site notebook. Would stay here again! '
