« Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

« The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books. »

« This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs. However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains. - The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace...

« Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop. »

« Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay. Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront. »

« Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table). »

« L’endroit étais vraiment paisible. C’etais mignon et confortable, coller au McDonald et a un depaneur. Il y a aussi des distributeurs dans l’hôtel et pour ce rendre au village sa se fait bien à pied avec une belle vu sinon il y a une bus au heure qui passe:) »
