'First off, this is a very romantic setting, and was a perfect spot to celebrate our 36th anniversary. Pictures can't capture the beautiful use of cedar wood throughout the cabin, which extended from the carpentry to the countertops to the furniture. 'This is hands down the absolute best and relaxing place we have stayed in the Hill Country. I cannot speak enough awesome words about this place! The place was absolutely amazing. The property is awesome with animals to feed and fresh eggs to get from the chicken coup. Fishing the private lake was blast. I have absolutely no complaints about this location. 'Close enough to Fredricksburg, yet out of town far enough for the country feel we like. Nice location for our purpose— wild flower viewing. Windy so we did not get to enjoy the fire pit.
