« This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience. »

« Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Furnishings were nice quality and beds/linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were huge tvs in each room. The neighborhood backs up to a shopping center, but the backyard was very private and felt 100% safe. The bedroom with the armoire has a queen bed, not king, as listed. Owner did not contact me - I had to call the day of my arrival to get check-in instructions (perhaps due to a holiday weekend). All that was...

« This was a birthday trip for my wife, we went with 2 other couples. The property is as advertised, and very clean. It's Boca, the neighborhood this was in was very affluent and gave off an extremely safe and warm vibe. Right on the 3rd hole of a 9-hole course and across the street from the beach. Jim, the host was very attentive and answered all questions/concerns within 5 minutes of me texting him. Jim was a great host from beginning to end. »
