'I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!'

'We had a very nice stay at Cabanas Potosi. The host was was very helpful and communicative and made things easy for us. The place has a lovely garden. There are only four rooms I think, which makes for a quieter stay. If you are looking for something super fancy then this place is probably not for you. We will recommend this place to others.'
