'The room was in great condition. When there was a power outage the staff was very helpful and supportive and providing water and other needs. The manager and staff were very supportive and helpful. They made a hard situation better. The breakfast was very good. And even the morning after the power outage the manager was in the breakfast room making sure there was hot good food available for those staying at the hotel. All the staff was supportive and helpful. '

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'Verouderd in aparte buurt'

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn. Verder is het een prachtige...
