Flats in Blue Ridge Parkway

'Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.'

'Great location and very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.'

'Perfect condo for couple. Two bathrooms, big kitchen, big porch, big living area.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.'

'Fijne comfortabele woning met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Sommige faciliteiten alleen toegankelijk voor numbers.'

'Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz.'

'Five minute walk into town with steps in the back which leads you right to sugarlands distillery. Everything was clean and comfortable, overall a very good place to stay!'

'Clean property that was well equipped, and easy check in.'

'This place is not what it sounds like it is a joke we had so many problems and they did not fix one of them one was the refrigerator and we had kids with us they never came then we had bugs in our place ever came ask to talk to someone no one ever called it is done though Tex message no one is ever at the office and if you need clean towels they tell you to wash the ones you have please look somewhere else'

'This little cabin was perfect for the two of us. Loved the balcony. The bed was super comfy. And the host was more than kind. Great pick!'

'Great condo in a great location. Wonderful host'

'The location is great, not far from the shops and attractions. The property was not cleaned well. There was mold on the shower curtain, something sticky on the table, and fourth of July glitter bits still all over the floor.'

'The deck was very dirty and did not look safe to stand on'

'Super clean, cozy little spot!'

'The host was very thoughtful in providing every comfort, including snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the view and the proximity to Banner Elk downtown.'

'We walked into the "condo" unit and were immediately disappointed - tiny, poor conditions, and just overall disappointed with this tiny property. It felt like we walked into someone's subpar apartment, is the best way I can describe this property.. The "pool" is no bigger than a hottub, and the "hottub" is basically a toddler pool. Property owner refused to offer any remediation.'
