Riads in Blue Ridge Mountains

'This was a hidden gem. It so exceeded our expectations. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. Our key card holder had a handwritten greeting with our name written on it. The lobby and room was like a woodsy lodge in decor. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds. There was a snack basket and a welcome note on the kitchenette counter. We also received a good bye note under the door in the morning. The grounds were pretty and a fire pit burning at night. It may seem old school but...

'I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Staff was great. Hotel well maintained.'

'Confort'

'New hotel pretty nice'

'Very nice-staff helpful and nice as well. Good continental breakfast-only issue is turning on the shower -the door makes it impossible to not get wet. Poor design.'

'Great hotel and very professional personnel'

'Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schoon en fris hotel. Goede locatie, beetje gehorig omdat het naast de snelweg ligt'

'The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!'

'We rarely stay at LaQuinta hotels, but chose to try it this time. Very happy with it. Close to the main road. Nice breakfast. We had a room with a hot tub and fireplace. Very nice!'

'great room, nice coffee and cookies. TV doesn't work, even a few power power sockets.....'

'The blower blowing leaves at 8am. Rooms are poorly lit. No chairs'

'Top hotel, fijne locatie en een leuke plaats om te bezoeken. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to...

'Nice hotel with an indoor Casino. Prices are average and are acceptable for travellers (even if you don't want to go to the casino). '
