Welcome to Georgia Sunrise! Our totally secluded and spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath luxury cabin situated on 2.5 acres in the midst of the Blue Ridge mountains and Chattahoochee National Forest! The ideal property for scenic mountain views and family bonding time while enjoying a quiet, restful time away from the stresses of everyday life!
Our cabin is conveniently located between the mountain towns of Blue Ridge and Blairsville right on Hwy 76 and just minutes from local festivals and shopping opportunities in downtown Blue Ridge! The driveway up the mountain can be traversed by all types of vehicles-4 wheel drive not neeeded with plenty of level concrete parking area around the cabin too! (The beginning of driveway is coarse gravel and turns to concrete as you start ascending the mountain) When arriving at the front door of the cabin you’ll be in awe of the expansive, multi layered east facing mountain views with dead end privacy! For late arrivals there’s a dusk to dawn outdoor pole light near the cabin! Be sure to view the breathtaking sunrise our cabin is named for from the roof covered wrap around decks! Past guests have loved the complete wrap around porch with 4 double swings, 4 Adirondack wooden rockers, a large picnic table that seats 10 near the 5 burner unlimited propane grill!
When you step inside the open-concept main floor with soaring ceilings, exposed rafter beams and red oak flooring you’ll be greeted by comfy leather reclining furniture beckoning you to curl up and enjoy the 65” smart TV with Dish Satellite and streaming channels. The massive floor to ceiling gas log fireplace will provide extra warmth on those cool mountain evenings! The spacious, fully stocked chef’s kitchen complete with black distressed cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops invites you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the massive 12 foot dining table that seats 10 comfortably! The water supply for our cabin comes from a private deep water artesian well located down the mountain north of the cabin! It tastes better than any water you’ll ever find in a bottle!

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the cabin's proximity to the stunning Blue Ridge Lake, just a 10-minute drive away, and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, just 13 minutes from your doorstep. After a day of hiking, mountain biking or exploring nearby waterfalls retreat to the soothing roof covered 7 seat hot tub or gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening under the stars making s’mores! Yes! We drain, sanitize and refill hot tub after each and every guest! With close proximity to the forest many types of wildlife have been viewed here including black bears, herds of all sizes of deer, flocks of turkeys, owls, ground hogs, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, hares, red cardinals, hummingbirds and many other types of birds!

Amenities abound, including a game room with a professional 1” slate pool table, whiskey barrel arcade with 400 video games and a child’s game room with 55” TV, PS3 console and PS3 game library. Our cabin also features a laundry room with washer and dryer and for the families with little ones a full sized baby crib, baby safety gate installed at the top of inside stairs, pack and play crib and high chair! We have safety rails on the wrap around decks, downstairs patio and concrete parking area so there’s no un-safe drop offs on the mountain around the cabin! Our cabin is advertised No Pets-we do however sometimes make exceptions with an additional pet fee depending on the breed and age of dog-there would be a signed pet agreement with rules that must be adhered to
