Tucked away at the end of a quiet mountain road in Cherry Log, Foxbear Cabin is the kind of place you come to when you want to slow down, breathe in the mountain air, and enjoy a little peace and quiet.
This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath log cabin sleeps up to four guests and is a great choice for a romantic getaway, a small family trip, or a weekend in the mountains with your four-legged family member. With seasonal mountain views, a private hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, fire pit, and a peaceful wooded setting, Foxbear has everything you need for a true North Georgia escape.

The Space
Everything inside Foxbear Cabin is conveniently located on one level.
The open living area has all the warmth and character you want in a mountain cabin, with wood interiors, comfortable seating, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace that makes cool fall and winter evenings even better.
Just off the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. The dining table seats four, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day or settle in for dinner at the cabin.

Where You'll Sleep
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, making Foxbear comfortable for up to four guests.
Both bedrooms share the full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Living
Outside is where Foxbear really lets you enjoy the slower pace of mountain life.
Step onto the covered porch and connecting deck to enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings and seasonal mountain views. During the cooler months, when the leaves have fallen, the mountains open up beautifully through the trees.
Head down to the lower deck and slip into the private hot tub after a day spent exploring North Georgia. It's the perfect place to relax underneath the trees and unwind at the end of the day.
When you're ready for a mountain evening outside, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, tell stories, and enjoy the quiet of the woods.
A gas grill is also provided for easy cabin cookouts.

Bring Your Pup
Foxbear Cabin is pet-friendly, so your dog doesn't have to miss the mountain getaway. Dog beds, plus food and water bowls, are provided to make traveling with your pup a little easier.

Peaceful, Private & Convenient
Foxbear Cabin sits at the end of a mostly paved, curvy mountain road and backs up to approximately 90 wooded acres, creating a wonderfully peaceful setting with plenty of opportunities to spot North Georgia wildlife.
Even though you'll feel tucked away in the mountains, you're conveniently located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, making it easy to explore both towns during your stay.
Spend the day visiting local wineries and orchards, hiking North Georgia trails, chasing waterfalls, shopping in downtown Ellijay or Blue Ridge, or simply stay at the cabin and enjoy having nowhere you need to be.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
