VILLA ON THE BLUE WATER BAY

  • Apartment of some 180m2, part of Coral Bay, complex of three identical and luxurious apartments built in 2012. It is comfortably furnished for six people. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, a living room consisting of a living room, dining room, TV area (HD flat screen, IPod player, DVD player). The villa is extended by a covered terrace with its dining table for six people, 2 sunbeds and a BBQ. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms in suite air-conditioned and with ceiling fans. Magnificent views of the sea and the beach from the master bedroom. Large cupboards to facilitate storage. Our housekeeper is available every day except Sundays and holidays for a cleaning service and for the preparation of meals if necessary.

The house has the perfect location on Blue Bay. You are right on the beach. The ocean here is perfect for swimming, and there is a huge area to snorkel with the most spectacular fish and coral.

Apartment with perfect beach

For my family, the beach in front of the apartment is one of the best beaches we ever visited. Clear water, many colourful fish, corals, protected by reefs ,suitable for snorkeling with kids. Only few people, almost like private beach. Apartment is in calm area, spatious, with parking and wifi, for my family perfect location.

Schönes Strandhaus

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön. Das Meer und der Ausblick waren toll. Die Bushaltestelle und der öffentliche Strand sind 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Ausflüge haben wir entweder mit dem Boot (Abholung direkt am Strandhaus), dem Taxi, einer deutschsprachigen Reiseleitung oder auf eigene Faust mit dem Bus unternommen.

très belle villa les pieds dans l'eau

magnifique semaine, avec plage à nos pieds. Villa avec toutes les commodités, propre. Chaque chambre dispose d'un très grand lit, d'une salle de bains et de wc. Le petit bourg de Blue Bay est à 2 minutes, à pied, en logeant la plage. Location à louer, sans hésiter!

Superbe logement en front de mer

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement bien équipé avec 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bain. La situation est ideale au pied de la superbe place de Blue Bay . Les fonds marins devant le logement sont magniques avec corail et poissons . Le propriétaire est tres reactif et Precillia est tres serviable. Nous reviendrons....

Host is very helpful. The check in and check out lady (meanwhile cleaning and helping is great). In 10 points gratification…I’m giving 10! Well done work for my family stay…thank you!!! Regarding the apartment: - direct view at the ocean - easy airport connecting - great for planeholics…spotting place - close market (5 minutes by car) - great house size for even 8 people - direct beach entry - individual parking place - well equipped kitchen and all house - washer and dryer In one - dishwasher - and much more I really recommend this place 😎👍

It was perfect. The beach invites to swim & snorkel, the House is build in good quality with everything you need to have a pleasend stay! There was also a parking space for the rental car. Its super to start from here, explorations around the whole Island. Restaurants at blue bay are reachable by feet, shopping only 10 mins with car. All in all, if you are searching for a beachhouse, get this one. Greetings from the middle of cold Germany!

Tolle Villa an Traumstrand

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Blue Bay und waren wieder begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es wird täglich gereinigt und man hat dort alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, direkt am ruhigen Strand mit türkisfarbenem Wasser. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé 14 nuits dans la villa Stella ( 2 adultes 1 enfant ) . La villa est conforme à toutes les photos. La vue est sublime , la plage privée est magnifique quasiment deserte elle est ideal pour faire du snorkeling. Le ménage est fait chaque jour par Syrine qui est sympathique . Swadek a été notre chauffeur durant notre séjour il nous a fait découvrir cette magnifique île. Pour vos sorties location de véhicule ou chauffeur (taxi) sont indispensable . Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangant , il a fait en sorte que nous passions un super séjour et c est réussi . Nous reviendrons c est sur 😉

A beautiful holiday

The house is beautiful located directly on the beach. Swimming and snorkeling is right away possible in front of the house. The coral reef right there is beautiful and far better than the already harmed corals in the Blue Bay National Underwater Park. The house is really comfortable and fits exactly the descriptions. Gerard is really helpful in all kinds. He took care at arrival and made all wishes come true in case we needed help. Thank you very much. It was altogether a beautiful holiday. Ralf

unfassbar schön und herzlich - marvelous nice - fantastic location

Was für eine großartige Location! Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos - top in Schuss - großartig ausgestattet! In der fantastischen Küche gibt es jedes Elektrogerät das man sich vorstellen kann - 2 Kühlschränke . riesige Tiefkühlung, Waschmaschine inclusive. Trockner - die Betten sind soooo gemütlich mit großartigen Bettlaken - jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad! Syrien ist ein Engel! Man wird mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und auf das Wundervollste versorgt! Der Gastgeber ist immer greifbar, unglaublich engagiert, zuverlässig, verbindlich und herzlich! Wahnsinn! Wichtig: man kann direkt vor dem Haus ins Meer - was nicht an jeder stelle des Strandes geht! Genau vor der Terrasse starten auf der einen Seite nach 5 Metern bereits traumhafte Korallenbänke mit vielen Fischen - auf der anderen Seite traumhafter freier Sand zum Baden und Schwimmen ohne Sorge. wirklich fantastisch. Zur Info: es ist wirklich direkt am Flughafen und es fliegen morgens ca 5 Flugzeuge und dann noch mal ab dem späten Nachmittag ca 5 Flugzeuge direkt über das Haus - uns hat es nicht gestört - war eher spannend zu beobachten. Direkt ums Eck (ca 200m) liegt die Bucht Blue Bay - hier kann man selbst bei extremem Wind fast windstill am fantastischen Strand baden. Wir waren dort mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und9) und wir haben es geliebt! Es sind sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gleich "ums Eck". What a fantastic house and location! Great kitchen with loads of electronic equipment and a gas grill! The hole house - spotless! Syrine is a warm hearted angel and the host incredibly nice, reliable, caring. The beds are so comfortable! The house very spacious!you can swim right in front of the house -you cannot do that on every place at the beach! here you have both options: after 5 meters in the sea there are incredibly nice corals and loads of fish! and: you have great entrance to the sea without any coral - for a safe swim. Right around the corner you have a beautiful bay. Even if you have an extremely windy day you can stay there almost windless. In the bay there are some small places where you can have good food for good a good price. We really love Mahebourg - the market is great!!! And for excellent food try the restaurant "Basilic"! yes, it is close to the airport, but the few Planes did not disturb us - it was quite exciting to watch them. There are loads of attractions very close nearby. which is perfect. We stayed there with our 2 kids (9 and 3) and we all loved it sooooo much!

Belle maison moderne sur une plage déserte

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 10 jours dans cette maison très bien équipée, spacieuse, à la décoration moderne, sur une plage quasi déserte. Nous avons apprécié les bons soins de Syrine qui nous cuisinait chaque jour (contre supplément) des plats mauriciens avec les légumes et les fruits que nous achetions au marché très coloré de Mahébourg. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli (avec un repas au four pour notre arrivée) et ont été très disponibles en cas de besoin. Les + : snorkeling devant la maison dans un jardin de coraux, propreté, parking sécurisé, terrasse avec barbecue Les - : passage des avions (pas si gênant à la réflexion), région ventée fin avril

A very well appointed and spacious villa in a fantastic location on the beach

We spent a wonderful week at Coral Bay with our kids, snorkelling, sailing, going on boat trips and evening walks on the beach. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and we were looked after by two very competent and helpful maids. We had fantastic weather, so much so that some extra shade in front of the villa would have been welcome! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to come back to Pointe d’Esny on our next visit. Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach phantastisch. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmädchen Syrine. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich! Wir hoffen sehr, einmal wieder kommen zu können! Grüße aus Deutschland Yvonne

location idéale parfaite en famille avec des enfants

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jour en couple avec 2 enfants de 7 ans et 1 an. Cette location présente tout ce que nous pouvons espérer d'une location de vacances. Les équipements sont de qualité : mobilier (intérieur/extérieur) cossu , literie très confortable, vaisselle et équipement ménager de qualité et en quantité. La connexion wifi est parfaite également. Le logement est très propre et très bien entretenu. Il présente une vue sur le lagon à couper le souffle!!! L'emplacement est idéal à Blue Bay. La plage au pied de la maison est magnifique. La baignade y est facile avec des enfants. On trouve des coraux et des poissons magnifiques et variés à observer avec masque et tuba à quelques mètres du bords (juste à droite de la maison). Shirine, présente les matins, est très agréable et a tout fait pour nous rendre la vie douce et facile ( baby-sitting, préparation de repas, courses du quotidien...). Elle adore les enfants et s'est occupé de notre fils d'un an les après midi afin que nous puisions profiter de la plage. Les propriétaires sont sérieux et très arrangeants. L'aéroport est proche (pratique après un long voyage) donc nous entendons un peu le bruit des atterrissages des avions mais ce n'est pas très fréquent dans la journée et tous les avantages que présente cette location font très vite oublier ce petit désagrément. Cette location présente tout les avantages pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
