'Very convenient and welcoming, great location and accommodation provided lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable! '

'My room was bigger than I expected. I had a handicap room. I was very pleased with the hotel to keep the hotel clean. I have not seen this other hotel that stated in before. Thank You'

'Staff and Hotel was welcoming... Slept well...bed was very comfortable... Enjoyed the stay.'

'Onsite restaurant and bar, close to Knoxville, unrelated to the hotel but local drivers are crazy'

'The staff is always nice and welcoming. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. I love the game room area with the pool table and board games.'

'In general the room was fine. There were 3 things I would have appreciated if they were different; 1) the curtain to outside didn’t conceal the room properly. 2) the bathroom fan didn’t work. 3) the heating fan only blew cold air when operating. Otherwise everything was great. The staff were helpful and friendly and good, I enjoyed the pool, the room was comfortable and clean.'

'My room was right by the front desk. Noise day and night at all hours. Could hear people talking at'

'Please do not stay here! It's Janky. My husband and I stayed there four days and in those four days we did not get clean towels or maid service in the room.'
