« The shuttle people were extremely friendly and helpful. It was so nice to enjoy all the amenities the resort offered. The pool was advertised as heated, but we found it a bit cold. I think the mudslides were mediocre, not enough alcohol. The girls in the coffee shop very accommodating and pleasant. Overall we loved it and look forward to returning next year. »

« We loved the tea room cottage and the fact that we could bring our four legged family member with us. The manager—Brody— was so helpful and the location in town is great. The fact that a really nice, fresh breakfast and afternoon wine was included in our room rate added to the enjoyment. We were sad to have to leave. »

« The only redeeming quality about this hotel is its waterfront location. The staff are rude. They snuck on a $45 resort fee, despite “all fees and taxes included “- the rooms smell strongly of mildew. We did not have a private balcony. This room was tiny, and smelled and obscenely overpriced for what it was. Disgusting stains on the lamps and nightstands. The complimentary “rum punch” is a joke. How about they keep their rum punch and bottled water, and give me my $45 resort fee. The 4:00 check...
