On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The main living level features a bright and comfortable living and dining room furnished with a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. From this level, you have direct access to both a balcony and a terrace, offering pleasant outdoor spaces to enjoy. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this area and is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave, along with a dining table for shared meals. On the first upper floor, you will find a double bedroom furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. On the second upper floor, 2 additional double bedrooms are available, each fitted with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
