Overlooking Fortenberry Creek, this spacious getaway showcases a scenic rustic setting, while the interior comes fully updated for comfortable modern living. Sample the region's local fare with many nearby farms, farmers' markets, and farm-to-table restaurants to explore, including the Union County Farmers' Market (June - October) and the 7M Family Farm, which combines open-field farming with greenhouse and hydroponic operations to produce a year-round offering of pesticide-free, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. You'll be just six miles from downtown Blairsville, offering a variety of charming shops and dining options to discover.

At home, take in views of the creek from the private deck or head down to the wood-burning firepit for a creekside campfire. A gas grill is even equipped if you feel like a country-style cookout.

Inside, the fireplace insert adds a touch of toasty ambiance to family gatherings in the living room, with comfortable seating, board games, and a smart TV furnished for casual downtime entertainment. The eat-in kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils to easily handle home cooking. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with four (4) active security cameras: one on the front door, one on the back deck, one on the driveway, and one below the home toward the stairs and creek. Cameras are motion-activated, and all record motion and sound.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
