'Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC'

'This property is beautiful and much larger in size than expected. Beautiful villa. Host was very friendly and communication was effective from him. Will truly recommend this villa. It’s in a perfect spot to come home to from a long day exploring. Lovely cool breeze through the villa. Beautiful private pool to top it off. A hidden gem which will be our villa each time we visit Bali. Daily cleaning from staff who are so friendly. Amenities, wifi included. 10/0. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. '

'The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay.'

'Com certeza um dos hoteis mais bonitos que ja vi na vida. As fotos não fazem jus - é MUITO mais bonito. O lugar é incrivel, os quartos sao otimos, a equipe é muito amável (ainda que no café da manhã possam ser um pouco lentos). Quero ficar lá de novo em todas as vezes que voltar a Ubud. Tive a oportunidade de ir a outros hoteis na regiao (ritz carlton, kupu kuou barong) e achei esse o mais charmoso de todos, numa estrutura mais intimista de hotel boutique. Recomendo muito!'

'The photos do not do this amazing villa any justice. It is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect with just a short walk to Jl Legian. Wina the housekeeper is amazing and cooks the most delicious breakfasts. She even showed us how to cook it. We all wanted to bring her home. She is very helpful and attentive to her guests needs. The check-in process was very easy and we were greeted by the villa manager Desy and Wina. The concierge service is excellent with...

'The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. '
