'This is not a VRBO, this is a labor of love. A mini-destination resort, the details and craftsmanship, big and small, that Randy has put into this place are phenomenal. From the in-suite sauna, the outside hot tub, the upscale appointments, the eclectic works of wall art and sculpture, the wonderfully equipped kitchen... an amazing experience. 'We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town to hike and see 2 shows at Red Rocks. The location is great to be able to do both. House is clean, attractive, well stocked with basics and very comfortable. Host is responsive and the clean-up asks are minimal. Hot tub is a great addition! Would 100% stay here again.'

'The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids, especially the barbie room for our toddler, she loved it. It is close to downtown for a trip to the zoo and close enough to the mountains that we did a day trip to Estes park. Overall the stay way great. as well'

'Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a...

'Family stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location to stay and visit Denver, Golden, Boulder and the Rockys. The movie theater was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Communication with owners was easy and quick.'

'Thank you for providing a clean place to stay. Everything was so lovely. Too bad we we only had a couple hours there to stay. If we had a second night we would have enjoyed the other amenities like the pool and hot tub! I’m bummed I forgot my swimsuit reusable bag :( it was tan with a pink zipper and it said bikini on it. It was from my first job and holds memories. Other than that we appreciate you for being great hosts!!! We will return if posible. '

'This spot is an incredible find. It’s immaculate. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Owners are great communicators. Everything has clear instructions. It is beside the railroad but at least for us, railroad traffic stopped at 10p and started at 6a… so we got 8 hours of sleep uninterrupted. '

'Heather is a perfect host! Pics are exactly on point- in fact, we were pleasantly surprised with all of the added, fun details that are not in the pics. Anything you can think of needing is there. Very fun and thoughtful with all of the amenities. Perfect base camp for Red Rocks and the surrounding areas. There were 4 adults and we were super comfortable with the size of the indoor/outdoor space. Definitely a great place to stay! '
