'This place is awesome!! Very secure and quaint. Nice rooms and a comfortable bed. Access to the John Hand Club on the top floor is very nice. Location was great and service impeccable. We will stay there again.'

'Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was!'

'The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended.'

'Staff was ok just not very talkative. Rooms were nice but no closet or hanger system to hang clothes at all. There was no iron to iron the wrinkled clothes we couldn’t hang. There were no drawers for the clothes either. The shower ran well and the fridge was nice and cold. '

'First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
