'The hotel is undergoing renovations. Hopefully it will be improved. The onsite store could offer more. The breakfast was disappointing (muffins, bagels and coffee). I did enjoy cookies in the lobby. It is convenient to Old Sac (better driving than walking) The staff could offer friendlier customer service with requests and suggestions.'

'it's a 25+ floor hotel, only have 4 elevators and two were out of order. We were there for Volleyball tournament in the convention center cross street, there are many many family in the tournament, so in the morning when the player ready heading to tournament, we wait for the elevator at least 20 mins, when we finally finally about to get in the very crowded elevator, it's of course stopped every floors but nobody can get it. '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'Sometimes in life you fall for nice pictures and make mistakes. My mistake was booking this place thinking it was a regular place. At check in, room #1 had live roaches, room #2 had dead roach carcasses on the receiver of the in unit phone meaning that it hadnt been cleaned in a long enough time for the roaches to die and decompose. I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into and unfortunately for me, I had to pay for this mistake. Don’t even mention the word refund to management cuz they...
