'Pros: The house was extremely spacious, nicely decorated and moments away from the town. Shops and beaches were close if you needed to leave the house. 'Pros: The location of the house was truly excellent, just 5 minutes from the cove of Binibeca and 20 minutes from Mahon. Even the farthest point on the island was reachable within an hour at most. The house was also great for three couples, as it had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The service also included pool cleaning by a very courteous young man who visited the villa at specific intervals. 'So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. 'Pros: The house was not only beautiful but had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really did feel at home here and had a fantastic holiday with this as our base.
